Reception pupils faithfully recreated Julia Donaldson's classic tale, The Scarecrows' Wedding, in Forest School on Thursday afternoon. Ranger Shenton produced a list of all the things they would need to make the best wedding yet, the wedding that no one would ever forget! Our scarecrows found shells, necklaces, flowers, feathers, rings and bows hidden in the woods before walking down the forest 'aisle' to great applause. The afternoon ended with a wonderful campfire.
