Pupils Hit The Slopes Of Serre Chevalier
During the Easter break we took a group of pupils in Years 7 & 8 to the stunning resort of Serre Chevalier in the French Southern Alps. The children enjoyed superb tuition on the slopes and whether they were total beginners or at more advanced levels they all made huge progress thanks to our supportive team of pisteurs. During the trip, the children also learnt about mountain rescue operations and enjoyed a varied programme of evening entertainment including bowling and karaoke nights. There were also plenty of delicious treats to keep the energy levels up including picnics in the sunshine, crêpes and hot chocolate, barbecues and pizza! At the end of a fantastic week the children were given medals and certificates to celebrate their achievements.
