"We were treated to a most spectacular Pre-Prep Summer Show in which all of Year 1 and 2 performed poems, sang in choirs and showed us just how far they had come with their instrumental playing," says Headmaster Mr Gillam.  The children sang their hearts out in pieces including ‘Any Dream Will Do’, ‘Skye Boat Song’ and ‘Touch the Sky’.  The violin and viola group, meanwhile, showcased their beautiful bowing and the brass group treated us to an impressively powerful sound. Our young recorder players even managed to perform entirely from memory!

Each class also performed an entertaining poem from memory, organised by Mrs Mann from the Drama Department.

The Music Department was very proud of each and every pupil, who worked incredibly hard throughout the year.
