Pupils Enjoy Three Day Camping Adventure in Kent
Year 6 pupils celebrated the end of exam week with a camping expedition to Penshurst Place. Run by the Bushcraft Company, the three-day adventure included the chance to cook all their meals over an open fire, sleep in bell tents, whittle their own tent pegs, take part in camouflage and concealment exercises, learn about first aid techniques in the wilderness and, of course, make special memories with friends while eating plenty of s'mores! Despite some very wet weather the children showed a great attitude and impressed the teachers with their teamwork, resilience and energy! Well done, Year 6!
