Heath Mount Families Raise Money For School Charity Partner

On Saturday we welcomed hundreds of Heath Mount's families and friends to take part in our charity colour run in aid of Twende Education For All, our school charity partner in Lusaka, Zambia. Everyone arrived in time for a quick warm-up session then headed to the start-line for a spectacular countdown.  Staff set off the colour extinguishers to release an incredible, multi-coloured cloud into the air before our runners began their 5k challenge.  As always, we were hugely grateful to The Woodhall Estate for allowing us the use of their beautiful grounds, with all of our participants treated to spectacular views back across to our main mansion house.  As a fun addition, a giant selfie frame was set up along the route.

After crossing the finish line, participants headed to our event village for a well deserved burger or pizza, drinks and ice-cream.  It was a truly memorable afternoon, full of laughter and fun and brought our community together in the most colourful way possible.

We would like to thank everyone who came along or generously donated sponsorship funds.  The grand total came to £6,000!
